Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
I aim to maintain a transparent and consistent approach to bookings, cancellations and payments, while recognising that unexpected circumstances can sometimes arise.
Individual Therapy Appointments
I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where sufficient notice is provided, payments can be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session rate where this reasonably reflects the loss incurred. Exceptional circumstances will be considered with understanding and discretion.
Block Bookings & Therapy Discontinuation
Block-booking packages are offered at a discounted rate to support continuity and consistency throughout the therapeutic process. If therapy is paused or discontinued before all prepaid sessions have been completed, the value of unused sessions can be retained as credit towards future therapy appointments, subject to availability and a review of whether resuming therapy remains clinically appropriate. Clients are welcome to discuss taking a break from therapy without feeling obligated to continue attending sessions. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be deducted from the package in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms.
Workshops & Groupwork
Confirmed workshop bookings require at least 14 days' notice for cancellation or significant changes. As workshops involve advance preparation, development of tailored materials and reservation of delivery time, cancellations at shorter notice may incur reasonable charges reflecting work already undertaken and unavoidable costs.
Cancellations by Me
If I need to cancel an appointment or workshop, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative date. Where rearrangement is not possible, payments for undelivered services will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance of individual therapy appointments unless otherwise agreed. All fees, booking conditions and cancellation arrangements are communicated before services begin and confirmed in the relevant therapeutic or organisational agreement.
