Corporate & EAP Services
Evidence-based psychological therapy, employee wellbeing support and tailored workplace workshops.
Psychological wellbeing plays an important role in how we feel, function and connect with others, both within and beyond the workplace. Occupational stress, burnout, anxiety and personal difficulties can affect emotional wellbeing, confidence, relationships and day-to-day functioning.
I work with employers, organisations and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers to offer confidential, evidence-based psychological therapy, structured groupwork and tailored wellbeing workshops.
Drawing on my background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychological assessment and therapeutic groupwork, I provide psychologically informed support that recognises the relationship between individual wellbeing and wider workplace experiences.
My approach combines clinical understanding with practical, accessible strategies, supporting individuals and organisations in promoting healthier, more psychologically informed working environments.

Therapeutic Groupwork & Psychological Wellbeing Programmes
Supporting employees through structured psychological group interventions focusing on shared challenges such as workplace stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties and psychological resilience.
Drawing on my CBT and groupwork training, I offer psychologically informed group sessions combining guided reflection, collaborative discussion and practical therapeutic exercises. Programmes can be tailored to organisational needs while considering individual suitability, group dynamics, confidentiality and appropriate clinical safeguards. My aim is to create supportive environments where participants can strengthen psychological understanding, develop coping strategies and build confidence in managing emotional challenges.
My Approach to Corporate & EAP Work
My approach to workplace psychological support is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), incorporating person-centred, formulation-driven and evidence-based principles.
CBT provides a framework for understanding the relationships between thoughts, emotions, physical responses and behaviours. Through individual therapy, groupwork and psychoeducational workshops, I aim to support psychological awareness, develop practical coping strategies and promote emotional wellbeing. I recognise that psychological difficulties do not exist in isolation. Workplace demands, organisational cultures, interpersonal relationships and personal circumstances can all influence an individual's mental health. Understanding this wider context is important when providing effective and meaningful support.
My experience includes 20 hours of supervised therapeutic groupwork, alongside additional psychoeducational workshops delivered in Leicestershire and within an NHS GP practice. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt psychological interventions to different audiences and facilitate supportive, engaging learning environments.
I take a collaborative, clinically informed approach that respects individual autonomy, professional confidentiality and appropriate ethical boundaries.
Supporting workplace wellbeing is not simply about managing stress or improving performance, but about helping individuals feel understood, develop psychological awareness and build the confidence and skills to navigate challenges more effectively.
