Who I work with

Individuals

I welcome adults and young people (+13) experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, Type 1 and Type 2 trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD (C-PTSD), relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, challenges associated with neurodivergence and life transitions. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centred approaches, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological therapy tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Together, we can explore your experiences, develop a deeper understanding of your difficulties and build practical strategies to support meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.

Schools & Educational Settings

I work with schools and educational settings to provide individual counselling, accept pupil referrals and deliver groupwork and wellbeing workshops. I support children and young people experiencing anxiety, emotional difficulties, family challenges, bullying, low confidence and academic pressures. My group sessions and workshops aim to strengthen emotional awareness, coping skills and resilience, while responding to the needs of each school community. All support is delivered with sensitivity to pupils' developmental needs, appropriate safeguarding responsibilities, professional boundaries and confidentiality within relevant guidelines.

Corporate & EAP Referrals

I welcome referrals from employers and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers for individual psychological therapy, as well as opportunities to deliver groupwork and tailored wellbeing workshops. I offer confidential, evidence-based therapeutic support for individuals experiencing work-related stress, anxiety, burnout and other emotional or psychological difficulties. My groupwork and workshops focus on promoting psychological wellbeing, developing practical coping strategies and strengthening emotional resilience within the workplace. All services are delivered in accordance with professional ethical standards, confidentiality requirements and appropriate clinical practices.

“If life has been feeling heavy, you don’t have to carry it alone. Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationships or past experiences that still affect you today. You might not know exactly what’s wrong, only that something needs to change. Reaching out can feel difficult, especially if you’re used to managing everything on your own. You don’t need the right words, a diagnosis or a clear plan. I’ll meet you with warmth, compassion and no judgement. We’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing and find ways to help you feel more grounded, confident and comfortable in yourself. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you. When you’re ready, I’d be glad to hear from you.”
